RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We guarantee that your parcel will be safely delivered as long as you provide us with correct shipping address.

CANCELLATION

In case of an issue Colorize may cancel order within 5 working days of order placement also the customer can cancel the order within 12 working hours. Considering that we work from MondaySaturday (9:00AM to 7:00PM)

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We aim to please you completely. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged material, please click images of it and send it as soon as you receive it with you have 10 DAYS from the delivery date to get your order delivered to us for refund or exchange.
There’s no return or refund policy for swimwear and saleproducts

REFUND : Refund shall be provided via the same mode, within 15 working days.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General for all products
1) All returns must be sent back to our address in the return confirmation email with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging, in unworn condition and with tags attached. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) Colorize may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Colorize reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
4) Colorize is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail.

Defective Item Exchange
1) Colorize will be responsible for return shipping costs(under Rs.50) if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail.

2) In cases of defective return, Colorize will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the defective item is an accessory, it may be considered for repair service.

Size Exchange
1) Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Colorize reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received after 10 days of the delivery date
  • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
  • Final Sale items
  • Free gifts
